Trek to Visapur-Lohgad 📌
Visapur and Lohgad are twin fort near Malavali and part of group of 4 forts – Tung-Tikona-Lohgad-Visapur in the Pawna region. Visapur is 1084 m high while Lohgad is 1035 m from sea level. These forts were used as watch towers during the Swarajya Empire and said to be built in the 12th century during the Raja Bhoj rule. Visapur has a traditional route to climb where as Lohgad has carved stairs. You can witness Tung, Tikona, Morgiri forts, Duke’s nose to the north of Lohgad.
