Overview
There are around 200 plus ghat waats in Sahyadri. One of them is Kathi ghat to Gavlan ghat, located near Lonawala. Base village for both ghat waats is Ambawane villag. First we will descend Kathi ghat through dense forest. After descend of two hours, we will reach at the junction point of these two ghats.
From junction point, ascent of two hours from Gavlan ghat will take us back to Ambavane village. One can see, Kurwande ghat, Amba river, Anghai fort, Khandala region during trek.
Age Group: Open for all above 10 yrs (children between 10 to 15 yrs should be accompanied by at least 1 parent/guardian)
Trek Fee: Rs. 1,200 /- (Inc. GST)
Eligibility: Average fitness level required
