You need to have good physical condition and be in top form. You’ll also require the right clothes for weather conditions and food items such as snacks or lunch breaks from your hiking adventure; water is essential too! DEVKUND, is a naturally formed pond by the Famous Devkund Waterfall which originates from ‘Plus valley’. This region is one of the major rainfall areas in Maharashtra. The trek starts from Bhira village and a beautiful trail goes through the jungle take you to Devkund. Average time taken to reach is around one and half hour.
Trek starts from the base village Tadwadi, which is located at the backwater of Morbe dam. From base village it will take around 2 hours to reach the top (at the base of one tree hill). From this point there is a rock patch of 150 feet to reach the top of one tree hill. But it is difficult to climb, so our destination will be the base of One tree hill point. Trek includes ascent of one and half hour and then beautiful jungle walk of half hour. Descend will be of one and half hour.
