The cancellation policy is applicable once you pay for any specific activity / trek. * If cancelled more than 2 days prior to the trek, 70% of the paid amount will be refund/carried forward towards next scheduled Nisargnaad activity. * If cancelled 2 days prior to the trek, 30% of the paid amount will be refund/carried forward towards next scheduled Nisargnaad activity. * If cancelled within 24 hours to the trek or on the trek. day, there will be no refund / carry forward. In case of cancellation, please send email for the same on gafpune@gmail.com . Attach your bank details or cancelled cheque’s photo with your contact number. Expected refund process of 5-6 working days.
