Cancellation Policy – Giripremi Adventure Foundation (GAF)

Applicable for all Corporate Activities includes Team Building Activities & adventure activities

We understand that plans can change. However, organizing team building programs involves advance bookings, logistics, and preparation. Hence, our cancellation policy is as follows:

Cancellation by the Client:

15 days or more before the event date: 75% refund of the total amount.

8 to 14 days before the event date: 50% refund of the total amount.

7 days or less before the event date: No refund.

No-show or last-minute dropouts:

No refund will be provided for participants who do not attend or cancel at the last moment.

Participant Reduction After Confirmation:

Final billing will be done based on the number confirmed during final agreement. Any reduction in participants after confirmation will not affect the total billing.

If additional participants are added later, the difference amount must be paid separately before or on the day of the event.

For any cancellations, please inform us in writing via email at least 15 days in advance for smoother processing.

 
Cancellation due to Force Majeure (natural calamities, government restrictions, etc.) under all activities:

GAF will try to reschedule the event or provide a partial refund after deducting non-recoverable expenses already incurred (e.g., transport, permits, bookings, material preparation, etc.).

Cancellation by GAF:

In the unlikely event that GAF has to cancel the activity due to unavoidable circumstances, a full refund will be issued or the event will be rescheduled in consultation with the client.
