The O’Yuva Leadership Development Program is an intensive, experience-based initiative specifically designed for young adults to transition from mere participants to proactive leaders. Participants learn crucial competencies such as strategic planning, effective decision-making under pressure, team management, and resource mobilization, all while promoting social and environmental responsibility. Age: Must be strictly between 18 and 25 years old on the date the trek begins.
Fitness: Must submit a Medical Fitness Certificate signed by a registered doctor. Participants should be able to run 5km comfortably.
Attitude: A willingness to challenge oneself, contribute to the team, and respect the natural environment.

All transportation from the designated reporting location (e.g., nearest city/railway station).
