With 20 years of corporate experience and a strong academic background, including a Master’s in Business Studies and a Bachelor of Computer Science, Sameer transitioned from corporate life to pursue his passion for the outdoors. Sameer’s multifaceted personality is shaped by his deep love for the arts and nature. A passionate Marathi theatre artist, music lover brought stories to life on stage. His creative pursuits reflect his ability to connect with people and express himself, traits that also define his approach to adventure and leadership.

An avid mountaineer, traveler, cyclist, motorcyclist and nature enthusiast, Sameer transitioned from his corporate career into the adventure industry, leading 200+ diverse tours. His expertise spans trekking, mountaineering, wildlife safaris, motorcycling, and camping, with significant achievements in the Sahyadri ranges and the Himalayas. 

For several years, Sameer nurtured this passion alongside his corporate life, establishing the foundation of his adventure journey through his own travel company. Currently, as Head of Operations at Giripremi Adventure Foundation, Sameer excels in planning and executing unique itineraries, ensuring safety through thorough risk assessments and protocols, and fostering a team-oriented environment.

Whether performing on stage or leading an expedition, Sameer is committed to creating meaningful experiences. A strong advocate for environmental sustainability, he spearheads initiatives focused on conservation and community development, delivering enriching adventures for nature and art enthusiasts alike.
